Iola Living Assistance is the skilled nursing rehabilitative component of the Iola Living Assistance, Inc. continuum of care which includes Living Oaks Assisted Living apartments and Butternut Ridge Independent apartments.

The Iola Living Assistance community-owned facility has 50-bed capacity. Its staff provides superior care and attention to both short and long term residents offering complete rehabilitative, comfort, and end-of-life care.  We offer resident centered care allowing individuals to choose when they want to start the day, when they wish their meals, and when they would like to retire for the evening.  There are both private and semi-private rooms.

We are available whenever you need us.  We accept admissions 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Our experienced and dedicated staff is here to meet all your medical and rehabilitation needs.

Our entire staff works together to provide that “old-fashioned, neighborly care” in an environment that encourages our residents with understanding and loving support. We offer quality therapeutic services; nutritious, appetizing meals; professional medical care and therapy as needed. Patience, understanding, and compassion are our trademarks.

We also encourage the family to be involved in every aspect of care giving. Through staff consultations with family members, a client history is developed to ensure personalized care for each resident.
